What Vita Care is

Vita Care is a medication reminder application developed by BYN Studios. By installing and using it, you accept these terms.

Medical disclaimer (please read)

Vita Care is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It is not a substitute for the advice of your doctor, your pharmacist or any healthcare professional.

• Never change your medication based on what you see in the app.
• The app does not verify that the medications, doses or schedules you enter are correct. That is your doctor's decision.
• The app does not check for drug interactions.
• Reminders depend on your phone: the operating system, the battery, the permissions granted and power-saving settings. A reminder may not arrive. Do not rely on Vita Care as the only safeguard for critical medication.
• The PDF report is a summary of what was marked in the app, not a clinical record. An unmarked dose does NOT mean the medication was not taken.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the data you enter and for deciding your treatment with your doctor. If you use caregiver mode to manage another person's medication, you are responsible for having their consent.

Price

Vita Care is free. If we add paid features in the future, they will be clearly announced and the current features will remain free.

No warranty

The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, BYN Studios shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including a reminder that does not arrive or arrives late.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above.
